Launching Casique

Playing with my flip trying to make this fotage of launching Casique not so boring. It is of our boat being launched after 7 months in dry dock. Always a good feeling to be floating again. The boats look so awkward on concrete blocks and stilts. Lined up lock dominoes waiting to be crushed in the wind. Fortunately the Green Turtle Boat yard is in the lee from most wind directions. We've kept our boat here for many seasons. The service and reliability is unmatched in the Abacos. We sailed out that day before the weather set, which made for an easy sail around Whale Cay crossing and down the sound. Hope you enjoy my shaky video footage. Still playing with the flip, it works better with a little tripod.
